Part-time sheep, part-time actual cloud.

On windy days, Cloudy floats a little. Nobody knows how — she simply insists she is 'mostly cloud on her mother's side.' She collects the shapes other clouds make and reenacts them for anyone who will watch. Her dinosaur is very convincing.
